Dolly Parton steals Thanksgiving show as Dallas Cowboys cheerleader during halftime. 

The Dallas Cowboys played on Thanksgiving, but the halftime performance was the highlight.  

On Thursday, 77-year-old country music legend Dolly Parton performed during halftime of the Cowboys-Washington Commanders game.Parton sung her classics at midfield in her Cowboys cheerleader attire.  

– The country singer sang "Jolene," "9 to 5," and "We Are the Champions" by Queen.In her second football game in a week, Parton joined NFL star Peyton Manning for Tennessee's game versus top-ranked Georgia on Saturday.

– Parton sang "Rocky Top" with the crowd after the first quarter.  – "Well, I couldn’t hear, but I love the song!" WATE 6 in Knoxville reported Parton's comments following her performance.

"I am extremely proud to be here and appreciate you for paying extra attention to everything we do. I had problems hearing, but Boudleaux and Felice Bryant wrote "Rocky Top," and their son Dale is in the stadium tonight. 

We'll play ball! Thank you!"Parton's heroics on Thursday helped the Cowboys beat the Commanders 45-10 and improve to 8-3. 

– With the victory over Washington, Dallas increased its home winning streak to thirteen.  – Dak Prescott, the quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys, completed a pass for 331 yards and four touchdowns as the offense put up 25 straight points in the fourth quarter.

– The Commanders dropped to 4-8 on the season after suffering their eighth defeat in their previous ten games. "On Thanksgiving, we were defeated by a significant margin," stated Terry McLaurin, a receiver for Washington. "I could reach the game. We simply failed to execute the plays that were required to get the ball into the end zone and fulfill our responsibility. Thus, it's never a pleasant experience." – The New York Jets and Miami Dolphins will play each other in the NFL on Friday. –  –
